Plex Server cannot see my WD My Cloud PR4100

I have a windows Plex Media Server & WD My Cloud PR4100

The WD My Cloud PR4100 is just used a media storage. It has been working fine for quite a few years.

Suddenly, we have been unable to add the drives to Plex setup. All the shows that used to play now says Unavailable.

I can access all the drives on my widows server, and play all the shows on my computer. But nothing with plex

Access the Plex media info of one of the affected items.
At the top of the window, there is the path under which Plex is expecting to find the file.

Compare it to the address under which you are currently able to access your NAS.
