Not connecting to server through Firestick TV

Hi All,
I’ve used Plex in the past but it’s been about 6 years. I just installed the server and the app on my computer upstairs and I’m trying to be able to access my server on my TV downstairs through my Amazon Firestick TV. When I go to the app on the TV, it is showing me that it is not connecting, however, the computer upstairs is connected. TIA
