I have been using Plex on my QNAP NAS to stream videos to my Samsung Smart Tv for about three years with no problems.
Yesterday when I tried to watch a video, I got this message above. It applies to all videos on my NAS - I have watched them all previously without any problems. I hadn’t changed any settings in between Plex working and not working.
What exactly does the message mean?
I updated the Plex media server on my NAS, updated the app on my TV, updated the TV operating system but the problem still exists.
I can use the Plex app on my mac computer, iphone and ipad without any problems.
