This is my first time posting, but I’m a long time Plex user. This is hosted on a QNAP T470 with an i7 16gb of ram. Ever since I updated Plex to this latest version, and did the media library update, none of my video’s will play anymore. Not sure what happened, but the video files are present, and things have been working for years up until this point. I am at a loss here, hoping somebody can help me.
Do you have transcoding disabled or have a limit on the number of transcodes set?
Settings - Server - Transcoder - Show Advanced
Also, are there any Paused playback sessions which are holding slots open?

How would I check if there is payback sessions open? Under my user I cleared the two I had. I was playing with limits to see if that was causing my issues to no avail. Not sure if I have mentioned it but I have rebooted the NAS (twice) also. I have attached a fresh set of logs as well. Plex Media Server Logs_2021-12-07_14-29-29.zip (4.0 MB)
“Clean Bundles” is the process where PMS looks at all the metadata.
Everything in use (active in the DB) , including those you’ve done manually, are retained .
If/when there is old and unused metadata out there , “Clean Bundles” removes those pieces.
