"Not enough disk space to convert this item" error

I was a friend’s house who has a Roku. We installed the app to watch a 720p HD movie and we received the Not enough disk space to convert this item. I had already transcoded it and set it to stream at the original resolution so there was no need to convert it. The file itself is 4.4gig. My C Drive where Plex is installed has 137gig of free space. The drive where my media files are stored has 4.5tb of free space.

Why am I getting this error when trying to stream remotely?

I was able to successfully play a 480p 2gig movie from my friend’s home.
