Not enough disk space to convert this item

Hello

I’m trying to stream a video from my server to a Roku ultra on the same network. My default it wants to convert from original (88 Mbps) to 12 Mbps. When I go to quality settings and select original quality I get an error message that says “Not enough disk space to convert this item”. When I force direct play the Roku crashes and restarts. Any thoughts?

Well… the most obvious possibility is that the video isn’t actually compatible. From what I can read on the Roku specs, they only support playback of up to 40 Mbps with HEVC encoded video.
