Hello, I still have not received the new Plex app update for Xbox one. I am on the Xbox one preview program and have tried uninstalling and installing it again from the app store in Xbox. Any idea why?

Hit ‘menu’ and let us know your app version number.
I would bet you are already on the current one, because if your console is online there is really no way you could be on the old version 
Version shows 1.1.7.0. I guess that is the new version?
