I am very new and have not found any recent posts about failure to collect movie info. I have never had any issues and about a month ago, things stopped. It refuses to download movie info and even if I search manually by clicking on the blank movie poster if it does completes the search and I click on correct movie, it does nothing. Please help this rookie!
