Both emails we sent were acknowledged as Delivered by your mail server. So, we sent it and your server said it received them.
If you’re not seeing the emails, please check your trash/spam/promotions/etc. folders to ensure that a reset email didn’t get mis-categorized. The emails are sent from either “noreply@plex.tv” or “hello@mail.plex.tv”, so you may wish to add those addresses to your approved/allowed senders list.
It was never delivered, but seemingly I’m now verified anyway. This was the Office 365 mail servers, but I was actually hoping to see your mail server logs which show the delivery so I can review and understand if there’s another issue.
