Not Receiving Verification E-mails to Enable MFA

My e-mail domain uses a short TLD, and I am not getting the verification e-mail when I click send, to allow me to verify my e-mail address.

E-mail address e.g. user@domain.nz

I have @plex.tv in my safe senders list, and I checked my Junk e-mail, and nothing has been received.

I received the notifications when I logged in to the forum, but I don’t get the verification messages.

Both emails we sent were acknowledged as Delivered by your mail server. So, we sent it and your server said it received them.

If you’re not seeing the emails, please check your trash/spam/promotions/etc. folders to ensure that a reset email didn’t get mis-categorized. The emails are sent from either “noreply@plex.tv” or “hello@mail.plex.tv”, so you may wish to add those addresses to your approved/allowed senders list.

These are already configured in my safe senders list.

When you say this was delivered, do you have the details of where this was delivered to, as it’s certainly not in my junk mail folder.

Also noting that my e-mail address is now showing as verified, and I’ve been able to enable MFA, without the verification e-mail arriving.

It was delivered to whichever mail server is connected to the “domain” part of your email address.

It was never delivered, but seemingly I’m now verified anyway. This was the Office 365 mail servers, but I was actually hoping to see your mail server logs which show the delivery so I can review and understand if there’s another issue.
