I’m attempting to enable 2FA on my plext account I’ve had for YEARS. I always receive all the other emails from plext regarding my accout, but the verification email NEVER arrives.
I’ve checked spam and junk as well as my sorting rules, nothing.
I just took a look at your account for you. Our email processor does show that we’ve sent password reset emails and they’ve been acknowledged as “Delivered” by your mail server.
If you’re not seeing the emails, please check your trash/spam/promotions/etc. folders to ensure that an email didn’t get mis-categorized. The emails are sent from either “noreply@plex.tv” or “hello@mail.plex.tv”, so you may wish to add those addresses to your approved/allowed senders list.
All emails coming from hello@mail.plex.tv I receive without issue. The last time I received an email from noreply@plex.tv was back in november (2022) about a new device sign in. Looking deeper it would appear that the noreply email some how added to my junk filter.
I removed it and I was able to get the verification Email.
