When i access the link it gives me ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED but did notice that the jls lookup it went from #3 to #7 ???
What happens when you try?
http://192.168.1.4:32400/web?secure=0
I get can’t reach page “Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND” in plugins shows running no errors?
What version were you ruining and which is it now after update?
Assuming this is in a jail, can you open a shell to the jail and get the output of:
sockstat -l46
Yes its in a Jail and was on 1.16 before i hit upgrade from freenas plugins. Ran the shell sockstat -146
Came back wioth just USER-COMMAND-PID-FD-PROTO etc… nothing under that.
I can access the folders to movie locations and can ping the IP for it also shows up and running in plugins and jails?
ok so got it working had to look thru forums had to start plex server manually not sure why.
now my issue is all my movie info is gone it took me to fresh startup for movie directories how can i put back what it was before?
The fact the there’s no output from sokcstat -l46 means PMS was not running.
The jail should autostart the service was long as its correctly configured, how did you start it manually?
Ya had to start manually but now all my data for the movies are gone. The HD are almost full so just decided to scrap it all and wipe and restart since i lost everything already.
Can you clarify how you did this? Depending on the how it might be completely wrong and leading to i.e. set a different path for the “plex data dir”, i.e this would happen if you start the PMS binary it self from command line using “root” user.
