NOT WORKING Scan my library automatically when changes to library folders are detected

Plex Server V 4.100.1

Scan my library automatically is ON and used to work fine.

I have Win 10 and media is on USB Drives

Any ideas?

I have encountered the same issue. Automatic scan is not picking up new files. Running a manual scan also does not pick up new files. My permissions have not changed and this worked fine up until recent update. Any idea on how to fix this would be appriciated.
