Not working with QTS 4.3.4.0370 (Beta) build 20171103

After updated to 4.3.4 of my TS-251+
my Plex server cannot be reached.
Can anyone help?

Back down to release 4.3.3 please.

It’s not possible to support any OS when still in Beta.

It’s been my experience backing down with QTS firmware that it’s not been a problem.
I must add that I started at 4.3.3 (I purchased my box in May)

I must say that I’m using 4.3.4 and Plex is running okay for me.

There’s a big difference between a TS-251 and a TVS-1282.

(I also have the 1282-i7-32G)

I’ve also in trouble with 4.3.4. First Plex said it could find media files and after restarting the process (Plex) I could access to the web interface. I’ve downgrade to 4.3.3 and everything is OK

No problem on my side with QTS 4.3.4.0370 (public beta).

Works fine on mine with 4.3.4.

I believe what we’re seeing is where the smaller, lesser capable, units are having some issues.

Each model’s firmware is different. This is absolute when one is for ARM and the other is for Intel.

This is why it’s not possible to support any new beta OS until all processors are up to the same reliability level. This happens when the beta ends

I’m also on a 1282-i7 - so are you guys happy with the 4.3.4? I was considering installiung the beta 2

I am also not possible to start Plex Media with this beta software version. I have no option to downgrade because that will wake a bug that make the nas into an endless rebooting cycle. When will plex work with this version?

I have cautioned about using 4.3.4 for this reason. The same holds true for Synology’s DSM beta.

We cannot support ANY OS which is in beta . Too many variables and unresolved issues make support impossible.

Only after QTS 4.3.4 is released can we begin to evaluate PMS and make any changes if necessary

Hello,
i’m using 4.3.4.0435. From logs i know server is working, but i don’t have any access by web to server. I remove app, remove all preferences and caches. Install again and server steal not working correctly.
