I love a good binge, and I really love the Watchlist and Discover features in Plex. They’ve drastically improved the way I decided what I want to watch next.
I also noticed recently the option in the iOS app to enable a notification when a Watchlisted Item is Now Available. I think that is a great option, but I would really love if there was an option for a notification when the last episode of a TV Season on your Watchlist is available.
A lot of streaming services are now releasing their shows one episode per week or in separate chunks, but I really prefer to binge one whole season at a time. So for most shows, I am waiting until the entire season is released to watch, and this means I have to keep constantly checking and keeping track of the date when the last episode of the season is available. I’d love if there was a way I could just sit back and get a little ping when the season is done.
