But i don’t find the Option : " Notification Push "
She should be there, but no ? Some help please?

Plex Pass feature.
Check out Tautulli. It sends notifications to the Tautulli Remote mobile app - when a user starts/stops playback, etc. It also has many other nice features to help manage a Plex server.
