Hi you all!
I’m using 2 plex servers, on a Windows PC and Linux.
I’m aware that servers are able to send push notifications to our phones about the use of them… But I can’t find how to do it…
It is a feature for plex pass users only? Is this feature nor allowed in my country (Spain)?

I did, yes… Both server are above 1.16,and I’m using an android phone app.
The problem is, when I’m trying to find this:
Go to Settings > Server > General and then enable the Push Notifications preference
This option is not there for me… 
Are you looking in the right “General” section? the top one is for the Plex web player settings. the one below your server name is the general server settings
I think so… But now you’re making me doubt…
As you can see that opción is not available for me…
As I said before, may be it’s because this option iis only for pass users?

If I’m reading the support document @BigWheel linked correctly, some notifications require a Plex Pass and some do not.
The notifications mentioned in the Personal Media and Plex Media Server sections (towards the bottom of the document) require a Plex Pass. There is a green “Tip!” box in each stating a Plex Pass is required. These notifications are directly related to server operations and sent by the server. The server owner must have a Plex Pass to enable the “Send Notifications” option on the server.
The other notifications (news, friends, etc.) are account, not server operations, related. They are sent by Plex (the company) not from the Plex Media Server. Therefore, they can be enabled in the mobile apps without a Plex Pass.
sorry yeah i read it wrong. personal media push notifications do require a Plex Pass.
I missed it the first two times I read it.
