Sometimes family members ask “is there a new episode available for show X”. Instead of having to check manually, it would be great if there was an option on each tv show to “notify me when new episode is available”. A push notification would then be delivered to the users phone when a new episode is added. Ideally there would also be a delay (1 hour or less) so notifications aren’t sent before the file is completely downloaded to the server.
