when you are watching something on a myplex logged in account than it shows sacretagent watching this ....
is not working again ....
you repaired it last week and now it is gone again ...
Plex trakt uses it too to scrobble which episodes we are watching and marking seen when done
Yeah... it really happens that I have to repair stuff like three times in a row... I don't know what it is. :-)
Anyways, I could say: "This particular feature was removed based on privacy concerns".

Huh? This is strange, todays update had NOTHING to do with scrobble whatsoever...
What I found;
Quiting the trailers app (on ATV) and accessing it again makes it work. If you are in the trailers app for a longer period of time it breaks.
Don't use the now playing, but I do use PlexWatch(web) which relies on "Now Playing". That's how I found out...
Really? This is strange... does your PMS change its IP address or something?
No it does not. Can I try anything when this happens again? To help, I mean. Maybe logging?
The scrobble/timeline calls are directly aTV (.js) to PMS. There is no PlexConnect involved... If you happen to see those incidents, I guess you have to provide PMS logs. Unfortunately I am not very good at reading those, but we have to figure it out.
They seem - as well - get pretty large. Please make a not of the time you experienced the issue.
