I noticed the following in the “dashboard”:
Now playing: Nothing is currently being played
Bandwidth : Remote shows activity (2-5Mbps)

Not an expert, but someone may be syncing content to their device remotely?

Appreciate the comment! Forgot to mention, the person playing content was on an IPAD and I made sure their plex app was updated.
