Remote access being used but nothing playing

Ive read posts about this before but would love some clarification and help please For the last 2 days I’ve had remote bandwidth being used with nothing playing on my server. I’ve read that its one of my users syncing on my server remotely…where in the plex logs would I find out who is syncing or using this remote bandwidth? I turned on debug and looked at the logs but cant see any of my remote users syncing or playing anything. any information would be apprecaited

I have noticed the same issue. Would also appreciate some insight. It’s a bit concerning when you see your data being accessed but you don’t know who, what, or why.

go to settings and on the left towards the bottom under MANAGE choose Console. this is a live view of your server logs.

if it is sync. filter on GET /sync to narrow down (there may be quite a bit of lines about sync).

In this example the user MilkMan45 is the one doing the sync. And it shows the local IP address of the android phone being synced to.
