Now Playing feature request

I enjoy seeing what my friends are watching/watched on my server, but from what I can tell, the only way to see that is to keep the 'Now Playing' page open and only then do I see what they are currently watching.  Is there a way to have past events (User1 watched Movie A on 11/12/2013 3pm) show up in the Notifications section or somewhere that I can pull up?

 

And a side question regarding 'Now Playing'.  Does that page refresh automatically or will I need to refresh it to see the most recent update to that page?

Form my experiences, it refreshes automatically as far as I observed.

seems fine (try in browser instead of tapatalk I guess...

Yes the now playing page refreshes itself. My setup is I have my laptop open to the now playing page and when I start to watch something on my desktop, the thumbnail for that show will pop up on my laptop screen.
