@kazz3r24 - Have you tried remuxing one of the problem files by using something like MKVToolNix? … > MKVToolNix Downloads – Matroska tools for Linux/Unix and Windows
I often find that when I interrogate a file with MediaInfo, it doesn’t always show the correct bitrate, or even show it at all.
When that happens, I will run it through MKVToolNix, and while I’m at it, I will always set the correct language for each track, set an appropriate track name, and importantly, remove any extra tracks that I would never need, such as foreign language subtitles etc.
You may find that after you have done this, you may get a “cleaner” version of the file.
Certainly worth a try
