Nvidia Shield - Playing 2nd episode is black screen only

Watching TV shows. After the first episode finishes, it tries to play the 2nd episode. You hear audio, but there is no video.

I’ve noticed on my Shield that when an episode finishes, and the GUI offers the next episode… If I click the button to start the episode I get just a black screen. I have to back out to the Season view and start the episode from there.
