Lately (last 48 hours) when Plex advances to the next episode of a tv show the screen goes black. Audio still works, and I can back out to the menu, press play, and it’ll work fine. Then same thing next episode. It has happened with Trailer Park Boys, Rick & Morty, and Futurama, all of which have played correctly many times in the past. Also, two nights ago the shield stopped responding to the remote. Then it worked last night no problem. So maybe the device is glitching?
This is happening on a Samsung tv with Nvidia Shield Pro acting as Media Server. Shield is connected via Cat8 to the AT&T Uverse modem/router, which is connected via Cat8 to an rpi4 in an Argon case. Rpi4 is connected to 4 hard drives in the case which act as the storage for the server.
I have a medical condition that causes severe brain fog, I need help troubleshooting this, please.
