I believe to play this content i used to have to use the old player but i don’t think that’s even an option anymore in the advanced settings. I’m not sure what verbose logging is or isn’t so i’m only got to play a log snippet here and hope i’m not sending something i shouldn’t… I have a bunch of these files that will play on the web client but not on nvidia shield plex client.
if I time it just right (have about 2 seconds) i can go into playback settings and select convert automatically but that option doesn’t show up until a few seconds in an the playback error crashed about 2 seconds later… so even though i’m quick, i’m about succesfull 1 out of 4 times.
the convert automatically option is not available before playing on the title screen in playback settings. only “select subtitles”
Any advice?
