The convert automatically function does not seem to work with the PMS server of my Shield Pro 2019.
If I activate this function on my players (Android MiBox, Android app on my phone), and I play a reading, I have the waiting circle that starts to spin endlessly. Playback never starts, and a glance at Plex Dash confirms that absolutely nothing is happening.
The Shield’s server is able to transcode manually without a problem since I use it when I am connected to networks with low bandwidth.
My PMS is connected to the internet with fiber (400 Mbit / s Up, limited to 100 in the Plex settings).
Does the “Convert automatically” function work on the Shield Pro 2019?
