Last week I dumped my Raspberry Pi4 PMS for a shiny new Nvidia Shield Pro. The only issue I am having is that any optimized versions I create with the Nvidia Shield will not play on any device. The files go thru the conversion process on Plex and indicate they complete just fine with no errors. When I moved any of the optimized version over to Window to troubleshoot, all the files created on the Nvidia shield have audio but no video. I have PMS 1.30.2.6563. I uninstalled PMS and reinstalled with no change. Any know issues here?
Happened to me as well, there was no way to make optimizer produce playable files.

Just tested it again, no luck. When I optimize on my Nvidia Sheild, I only get audio and no video. It worked just fine previously on my Raspberry Pi when I optimized. When I switched my media server to the Nvidia Sheild recently, this is the issue I ran into. Not much troubleshooting you can do on this platform. I deleted the server and reinstalled a few times with no resolve. I just now convert the files in handbrake if need be.
