[Nvidia Shield] Problem with French Canadian

Hi,

Now, In Plex, we select French Canadian in our language library.

I found two problem.

1 - It duplicate the collection. I try to disable the collection, update metadata, optimize the database, re-update metadata, enable the collection, but the problem is still here.

2 - When a title does not have an translation in french canadian, Plex display the english title. The best would be to display the french title.

These bugs are still here even with the last version of Plex server (Version: 1.21.0.3616)
