Nvidia Shield TV Pro not starting Movies

I have Problems on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019 playing Movies. My Streaming Server is a Synology NAS DS920+.
I go into plex and open my movie library and want to play a movie, but only the loading circle comes up.
If I switch to series Library, Plex starts the series immediately and then the films also work.

I have also removed the complete Database and Metadata and rescanned Media but the same result, some Movies not running.

But i don´t know why

I get this Error in Console Log from Plex Server:
I changed my Plex Server IP Adress to 0-0-0-0 for security reasons in the Log Files down here.

Network: 0-0-0-0.abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz012345.plex.direct failed to resolve to 0.0.0.0 but instead yielded ""
