I tried to play a movie a few weeks ago on my ShieldTV Pro using the latest plex version (Watchmen bluray, if it matters). This was one of the first movie I’ve encoded and put into plex. When I try to play it, nothing. Literally. I click play, I heard the click sound, and nothing happens. the plex client never clears the screen, nothing. It just sits there.
Today I tried another movie I added, a 4K movie. Same thing. It just doesn’t do anything. I can play other movies fine though.
whats going on? I don’t see anything in the server logs (at least not anything that mentions the name of the movie i try to play).
