[nVidia ShieldTV 2019] playback problem

Hello community.

Since updating my Nvidia ShieldTV 2019 pro (running Android 11) I’m having major playback problems.

First problem: When I start a movie the image freezes for a few seconds and the credits start afterwards.

Second problem: When I launch a movie I have a blue circle that rotates. I have to start the film several times.

I have tried several solutions.

I reset my ShieldTV and plex.
Change the HDMI cables.
I changed the video settings.

I have tested on Apple tablet and Apple phone and everything works fine.
