Update today on my Nvidia shield broke playback when resuming play from pausing, fast forwarding, rewinding or continuing play. It simply stalls and wont resume no loading indicator or anything else. If restart a video or one that hasn’t played there is no issue until pausing, fast forwarding, rewinding.

Update: 8/18 - I did some playing around with quality and found that it happens when playing original quality. If I start a show playing in original quality then change the settings to covert the show it works properly. If I then switch back to original quality from converting it works properly. However starting in original quality does still not work properly

I have a similar issue where live TV crashes on my Shield Tv Pro 2019 model. All other clients are working fine, even the wireless ones. But my hardwired Shield TV Pro 2019 loads a live show, plays it for less than a minute then crashes Plex and you get the Plex logo as it restarts.
