Occasionally have no audio

Hi folks - 

 

Occasionally, some videos I attempt to play via Plex on the PS4 have no audio.  When I play the file via the web browser on PS4, there still is no audio.  If I play it via the web browser on my Mac, there is audio, similarly if I play the file directly via VLC. 

 

One of the files has Windows Media Audio Professional as the codec for the audio; is there something I need to do to configure the Plex server to correctly transcode this type of audio for PS4?

i think you have to enable ac3 receiver in the app settings on the client side.
