The Oculus 2 has the BigScreen app that should be able to find my Plex server, but it can’t.
I have DLNA enabled and there Plex exception in the Windows 10 firewall. The Oculus and Plex are on the same network also.
Any helpful ideas?

I know this is an old thread, but Facebook removed the ability to use DLNA on the Quest 2 for some reason. Its documented in their FAQ.
