I know Plex doesn’t have a dedicated app for Oculus Quest, but does anyone know if there is any way to play my Plex Server content on Quest outside of my home network?

And, honestly, it is rather disappointing that Plex does not support one of the best all-in-one VR headset.
You can use app.plex.com on the oculus quest browser or you can sideload the APK of the oculus go Plex version onto the quest. Search around for sideloading tutorials on Google. (Still also hoping for a native Plex app on quest) 
The Quest comes with Oculus Gallery pre-installed. I was quite surprised when I realized it could see my Plex server. I’ve watched a number of things using the headset with no trouble. The interface is bare bones but it has worked fine for me. At it’s heart Plex is a standard DNLA server and Oculus can access DNLA servers out of the box.
