So when I am watching anything and I go to rewind it will rewind but when I hit play it plays in like 5x the speed and no audio. Until it gets back to the point where I rewound from and then it's fine.
Anyone have any ideas?

Does it happen for all media? Just transcoded ones?
With replay issues, typically PlexConnect is off the hook. This is dealt with just between aTV and PMS. Check if you find anything suspicious in the PMS logs.
