Unable to pause, fast forward or rewind movie during play

Hi,

When playing a movie I am unable to pause, fast forward or rewind the movie. Only option I have is go back to stop the movie.

It all works fine on my ATV 2 version 5.3 with the same configuration as below.

Is there any sollution? I am glad to provide more info if needed.

  • ATV 3 6.0.1

  • DNS Server: 192.168.0.198

  • Synology DS 412+ DSM 4.3-3776-3

  • The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 192.168.0.198

  • PMS installed on Synology DS 412+  version 0.9.8.10.215-020456b

  • The local IP address of the device that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: 192.168.0.198

  • The PlexConnect version number: Latest Commet 411

  • The content of your 'Settings.cfg' file: [PlexConnect]

  • Attached the PlexConnect.log with loglevel to High

This is, I think, a known bug. At least it happens to me often.

Workaround:

Stop what you're watching, go back to the plexconnect menu, select the movie again, and resume play.

9 times out of 10 that fixes it. If not, try the steps again. I've never had to restart the movie more than twice.

(if the play progress bar is fully white, pause, etc., won't work. replay until you have a blue bar.)
