Recently I’ve been having 2 issues w/Plex. Win10 machine. Never had issues w/the Desktop App. Now when I load a show or movie there is no video. Audio is fine. However no matter what quality settings I play with there is no Video… The other issue which start roughly about the same time is with the Ipad (new) App. The show/movie starts fine. A/V is good. Then the video freezes. Audio continues. Until I exit the App, restart and/or reinstalled. Then restart watching. The same thing takes place. NOTE: when logging via the webapp//RTC all is fine. Also, No issues on the iPhone Plex App. On wifi or 5g. Both good.
