Official Support Path? (Asking Plex Staff I Guess)

Hi - From what I’ve researched there is no official support path for Plex Pass users, right? Use the forum is the only answer I can find…

Don’t get me wrong, forums are great and we’ve all taken time to help each other in these or other forums. I’m just surprised a paid service has no official support option, not even a basic ticketing system etc.

I know $6.49 AUD per month is not a lot of money but I’m sure it adds up quick with the user count etc.

Is there a plan to offer direct support in the future? Not sure I want to put in the hard yards now if its not going to get any better.

Yes your are right. Forums are the only way to get answer/help, sometimes from Plex staff but in most cases from users.
Not so long ago there was a pool about paid support, so Plex might be considering that kind of support in the future.
