Offline/Synced Content Failure

Using Android Mobile, I often depend on using synced music since I work in an area without cell signal, and I have had to pin the offline content section to my pane which is inconvenient since it leads to multiple steps to reach my music.

(I want a more intuitive navigation)

I was pleased to recently see the “Synced Only” filter option on my main music section, however, doing so leads me to a thumbnail-free population of my offline content, which when any item is clicked, directs me to the page “Media Unavailable”.

Also, when online, I can see all my music content as expected (Including the synced icon to indicate my offline content), but If I turn off wifi and celluar data, all of the content is not viewable, even synced items.

Needed Fix:
A) direct synced items to the internal storage even if viewing the main server content

Can confirm - same issue here on Galaxy S20+ - same build 8.11.0.22186 (a1b8a7fb). Sync appears to work (process completes - space taken up on local drive) but content cannot be accessed as it does not appear in the application. Switched phone to airplane mode and Plex just tells me that the server is offline, and no synced content is available. This is a big deal - wireless/internet networks are not available to me during my day.
