"Ok Google" Chromecast question

Hey so I have a PC/media storage upstairs and I’d like to know what’s the easiest way to be able to tell Google Home to cast a specific movie/TV show to a downstairs TV with a chromecast. Is this possible? I’ve been reverting to rendering the screen from VLC to the TV but it isn’t as easy as I’d like it to be. I’d basically just want to say, “Ok Google, play ________ from Plex on the TV.”

I don’t use Google Home, but there’s been a feature request for awhile. Might take a read:

Google home integration

I am not referring to using Google Assistant on the Nvidia Shield TV itself. I was referring to using Plex + Google Assistant via the original and primary: Google Home device. The only thing I’ve really been able to use Google Assistant on the Google Home device with Plex is to play/pause/resume. I kinda gave up trying to get what I deemed were simple and logical commands to the Google Home to search and play media on my Plex TV.
