PlexAmp Feature Request: Chromecast & Home Integration

I am currently having an issue with Plex Music pausing by itself in the middle of listening to music. So at the suggestion of Plex I have moved to Plexamp which certainly is far from an ideal replacement.

Since I am being forced to use this software I would like the ability to stream music to Google Home & Chromecast devices. So far the only options showing for me are Chrome and Local.

Doubting this will happen since Google Home integration hasn’t even been addressed or completed within the past 4+ years…but hey…one can hope.

Sorry, can’t be done. Google Home requires changes from Google.

Google only allows casting from Android, iOS, and Chrome.

There was an old work-around that might work. Open Chrome and set it to cast to the Chromecast. Then have PlexAmp cast to Chrome.
