A few years ago I had a hardware crash I lost a lot of stuff and basically started over with a new Plex Media Server. Now when I add a new user it shows my old offline server and my new server. Is there a way to delete that old offline server that now longer exists?
Check your authorized devices list and remove from there.
There is no old device signed into your plex account. So what you are seeing must be either - an old shared server (i.e. someone else’s server) or
- a server that is still running in your local network, without being signed in to a plex.tv account
