How to stop Plex from showing old offline servers?

A while back I had a server crash and rebuilt my Plex server running on Ubuntu Server 20.04. When I log in I still see the old server listed, but when I go to Settings > Authorized Devices > Server, only my new one is listed. Does anyone know how old servers can be removed?

might try check the “more” button (bottom left side of pinned items) and unpin any old libraries.

Or try reset home screen to default and repin the new libraries.

one other thing, did you create a new account and possibly the server is on an old/different account? that would explain it not showing up on your current authorized list.
