Old Problem limited number of search results (30)

Hi i have PMS 1.32.4.7195-7c8f9d3b6 on Raspberry pi ( Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)) running.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the annoying search result restriction of 30 results? I am trying this since days now without any success. Even a complete reinstall of PMS and deleting Application folder did not have any effect.

Dear Plex Programmers: Please implement an user option for the amount of results on the interface since it is randomly happening to several users over the years. PLEASE!!! Lifetime is limited :)) THANK YOU

PS: I cant find anything useful in preferences.xml or elsewhere…
This problem seems to be randomly hitting linux versions of PMS. The Windows Version on my (slow) Backup-Server is showing all files (59 instead 30). I very much hope anybody has got an other idea …
Thanks

The limit is by design. There is no way to remove it.
The only way to actually find all matching items is to use the Custom Filters.

It must be a bug indeed. I just upgraded my Windows PMS Server to the latest Version (see first message (30 / 59 results ) and now it also gets only 30 results. Crap!

I have also a theory to this never versions of PMS in which the problem occurs. Maybe if the number of database entries gets above a certain amount ( btw. i have above 2000 entries) then it falls back to a certain max. search result limit (30) . So there MUST be a configfile anywhere to reconfigure. Otherwise i would not know how this could be done.

I am having the same issue. I want more than 30 results!!! If there is a technical reason why 30 results cant be shown at one time, what about pages of results?!?! Plus 30 seems such a small number of results to limit it too!
