Old Server Can Not be Removed - Synology/Mac

I have switch the Synology based Plex Server, after having it previously running off my old MacBook. The current Synology (Plex New) and my old MacBook server (Plex Old) continue to show up in my Plex Player.

I have removed the Plex Old from my authorized devices but as soon as I sign in to my account, it automatically reappears. I no longer have access to my old MacBook

I do not need/or want this Plex Old Server but I cannot seem to remove it because it automatically gets attached as soon as I sign back in. How else can I remove/delete this old server?
