Im now using a older HP workstation with a Intel Xeon E3-1245 v2. (https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E3-1245+V2+%40+3.40GHz&id=1191)

In my local online privateshop, I see someone sellling:

depends on what you are attempting to transcode.

4k? nope

1080 decoode/encode, k2000 maybe

7000 is not even listed on the chart linked, so I am guessing it does not have any decode/encode support.

for 4k support you need minimum of 960 gtx (gm206), gtx 10-series, or quadro P-series

note also, p2000 is minimum for unrestricted ENCODE, though there is a patch (see google) to unlock other cards.
