"On Deck" missing, yet enabled

My libraries all have “show on dashboard” enabled, and set to 16 weeks, yet there’s no On Deck category. I believe this happened when I moved from Docker to a Freenas Jail, though I moved the database, so I don’t know why it would have happened.
This happens across Apple TV, iOS, Plex Media Player on Mac, but NOT on the web player! It shows on the web player just fine, which helps me not at all, since that is the one player I never use…

Try one of the following:

Repair Database: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database
Restore Database: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202485658-Restore-a-Database-Backed-Up-via-Scheduled-Tasks-

Repair: The check returned OK, but I did it anyway. Restore seemed unnecessary. The only weird thing is that the dump was 60K, while the db itself was 304K. Shouldn’t the serialized version be larger than the database itself…?

Otherwise no change.

Nothing happened. I shut down the server first, and when I switched it back on afterwards everything was as before.

Yeah, these logs are all over the place…
I fixed the transcode thing. Hadn’t noticed it since I rarely transcode.
The naming in the temp folder doesn’t matter.
The locale thing I have no idea about…
The Seinfeld episode is truly broken. Guess I have to redownload that.

Re-installing plex isn’t something I’ll do easily. I have plenty of backups, so that’s OK, and I’ve done it before, it’s just such a chore. Maybe next weekend.
