"On Deck" missing

Hi,

I decided to move my Plex install to another computer (Both running Windows 10). I installed Plex and exited it and I used this guide to move the database (https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201370363-Move-an-Install-to-Another-System).

The problem now is that with the new install I can’t see “On Deck”. I only see “Continue watching”, “Recently added movies” and “Recently added tv”. I double checked that my libraries has the “include in dashboard” setting enabled.

I followed this guide “https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database” but that did not help.

I also tried to uninstall plex and start from scratch and it still doesn’t work.

The “On Deck” is missing on all my clients accessing the server (IOS, Nvidia Shield and through the web)

If I access my old Plex server I can see “On Deck” again.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I figured it out :slight_smile:

On my old server I had set “Weeks to consider for On deck” under the library settings to “9999”. But the new server had some other value. As soon as I changed it to “9999”, On Deck appeared again.
