Could create a smart playlist for an artist of tracks that you have rated. However, to avoid doing that for EVERY artist/album. Option to just play the tracks you have previously rated.
Just do it. This is already possible.
On an artist, you can swipe between Popular Tracks/Recently Played/Most Played. Is that what you’re referring to? It doesn’t quite do the job (and doesn’t for an album, only the artist level)
What kind of list do you want?
Just for one particular artist? Or for all artists where you have rated any tracks?

Every track that has more than 3 stars:
Every track from a particular artist which is rated above 3 stars:
Examples are from the web app, but the same is possible from within Plexamp.
Using the web app is just a bit more convenient.

I goto any random Artist or album
I just want to listen to the tracks within that are rated.
Aware of that functionality in the webapp, not in Plexamp though…?
Advanced filters are available in Plexamp on the Library tab, just like in the web app.
